Saw this pop up on my local Cars & Coffee page. It says $12.5k but the owner is saying he'll take $10k.
Just a heads up. These have been appreciating lately.

I could've sworn I saw the same car listed for $12.5 in northern VA, but it had different pictures. 139k on it.
These looks like a nice deal, I might have to give him a call.

1) Move to VA
2) Wait for an owner of a fast car to want to quickly dump their ride after being arrested for speeding
3) Buy and take car out of VA

Don't you live in Florida? If so, why not use Florida's new left lane laws at your advantage and turn the interstates into Autobahns with this. You can't restrict traffic if you are going faster than a patrol car can.
